I have toy cars, pics of my family, pens, pencils, post it notes, paperwork....a PC docking station for my lap top, a printer, scanner, and a rugby ball..........

Monitor, speakers, USB hub, phone, desk-lamp, flatbed/sheet feed scanner, PDA cradle, Keyb and mouse, 1 of the 3 Ext HDDS, VCR and 7" TFT for video editing work, Card reader, 1 of the 2 printers, 4 spindles of assorted CDs and DVDs, pad of paper.
Desk is not THAT big, but customized to have split level working spaces designed to fit the requirements . . .
OOPS nearly forgot the USB coffee cup warmer, Skype handset, and a stack of "odds and sods" the wife keeps telling me to "file properly" but are filed as "unfile-able"

My PC, 2 printers, one AIO, a few stackable bins, electric pencil sharpener, card file box, a calculator, a stapler, tape, pen/pencil holder, a cc machine, a small lamp, some paperclips and a few papers that I'm presently working on. Good thing I have a HUGE desk.

fountain pen

fax machine (only used to make copies now)
all the rest is pure white space
(printer is on the floor)

I have :
3 tier plastic tray for in/pending/filing
4 folders with procedures in them
1 stationery and pen holder
a phone
and my computer
The ruddy ergonomic desk is soooooo small you cant fit much on.

Phone, hot chocolate mug, cup of pens/pencils, chips, glue stick, papers, glasses, computer, picture of my bf's niece (cutie), lipgloss, paperclips.
And PS, that comment below is not fair. If everybody had the "hands-dirty" jobs, who would run the rest of the world?

Photos of my family, Computer moniter, pens and highlighters, cell phone holder, mouse pad, coffee cup, key pad, ... that's about it besides all the work!

computer, printer, water, books, lipgloss, mobile phont, id card, brush, post it notes, notepads, nail varnish, blusher, leprechaun, speakers, bra, usb key, mirror, scanner, bracelets, camera,lamp, cds, photocopier, stapler....quite amazed how much i do actually, it is quite a small desk :S

pics of nephews and niece, scratch paper, phone, water jug, can of pop, paper clips, tape dispenser, reference guides, computer, fan and last but not least LOAD OF PAPERWORK THAT NEEDS TO BE DEALT WITH.
