I would rather live in Minnesota rather than New Jersey for many reasons.
First of all, most of the people in Minnesota are very friendly (even the hottest guys!), and I've never met anyone who was mean...I bet there are, but not as many as in Boston, Massachusetts!
Second of all, they have the world-famous, Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN that is currently named as the #2 overall best clinic in the world, after John Hopkins Hospital.
Third of all, you have the winter where you are able to ski with some good mountains and also do a lot of fishing.
Fourth of all, Minnesota just rocks.

North Jersey in the 70's was great. Pretty crowded and pricey now though. But close to a lot -- beaches, big apple, skiing, history etc.

Never been to Minnesota but know people who love it, and I've never heard anything bad about it except it's cold

lmao, too funny

NJ: malls, freeways, overpopulation, POLLUTION

Minnesota: fresh air, scenery, spacious, friendly people, cheap housing, cheaper cost of living, higher quality of life, LESS MALLS which = GOOD things
