According to a study discussed on ABC news, IVF children do NOT have more health problems. However, given that more IVF children are multiples, they are more likely to be born premature which has accompanying complications. In addition, some causes of infertility actually result in babies being born earlier due to the cause of the infertility rather than anything specifically wrong with the baby.

If you need data, I would suggest that you visit your local medical library. Most of that information is not available for free on the internet. My library happens to have subscriptions to some medical journals, which is how I came about more info.
