If you found it near your home you could ask a few neighbors. They might know of someone missing a kitten. Another option is to call the SPCA. You could adopt it temporarily until someone claims it and keep it if no one does. I'd want to make sure it had all it's shots and wasn't carrying a disease before keeping it for very long. Someone may have dumped it off to die because they didn't want it and it could use a loving home if you'd like to be it's parent. Good luck to both of you!

dum dum u said it was a kitten 3 times but anyways, feed it and then put up signs that u found a missing kitten and if no 1 picks it up u can keep it ^^
