This is difficult:
I love Roquefort for dressings
feta in salads
goat cheese in pasta
Brie nice and warm with fruit and crackers
swiss or provolone on a sandwich
Havarti with wine
cheddar for most casseroles
what is yours I want to try a new one for grilled cheese any suggestions?
