how about my graduity?

i had been working in a famous coffee shop for two years but now i have resigned . my contract was unlimited i just want to know that how much graduity will i be given in the final settle ment. my salary was 3000 dhs.

If you quit your job, it's unlikely that you will receive ANY additional compensation from the company. Did you mean 'gratuity'? A 'gratuity' is a tip. It's an extra amount paid for good service and it's paid by customers, not the company.

Your contract should contain details of any gratuity owed upon separation. I have not heard it called gratuity though.
