The Justice Department and the FBI investigated the matter . The Justice Department stated that he hadn't removed any original records. He pled guilty to the misdemeanor of unauthorized removal of documents and paid his debt to society.
You can try to keep bringing this up every which way but there is nothing there. If you know more than the federal authorities investigating the case did, then you should present your evidence to them.

As part of his plea agreement he consented to take a polygraph because the Archives will never know what all he stole. To this date he has still not done so. Now Hillery has hired him for her campaign. It looks like a payoff to me. In the debates Hillery stated that the release of her records as First Lady from the Clinton Library "is not her decision to make" KFI radio in Los Angeles, two days ago, reminded us that Bill Clinton made Bruce Lindsey and Hillery the people in charge of the archives. So it is her decision. She was less than truthful with the American people again.
Additional: Scooter Libby got fired, a trial and convicted for allegedly lying to Federal investigators. In his report to Congress, the Special Prosecutor that investigated White Water stated that "Hillery Clinton was than truthful with Federal investigators". The exact same thing Libby was convicted of. It is in the Congressional Record. Where was the outrage from Congress that was heaped on Libby.

When Bush came in office there should have been a full investigation into the clintons. They had the goods on them for so many things, but Bush wanted to move on. I think there's still enough to go after them, but it's a real shame it wasn't done years ago.
