Would the movie be full screen on an iPod?

If I downloaded a movie/tv show from Mininova, convert the file and put it in a video capable iPod, would it be shown full screen on the iPod?

One your iPod, go to Videos and then click on Video Options. Then it gives you the option of making it widescreen or full screen on your iPod.
