Usually, the day ends when you go to sleep and you wake up at the beginning of the next day.

Today never ends and tomorrow never starts. The time of these events are unmeasurable because they are not periods of time. They are aspects of time. They are only relevant in regards to the present. kind of a continuum of time so to speak.
