Alternative to the usual MSN / YAhoo etc
Install SKYPE.

This now has WAY more features. Voice and text communication, Webcam support.

Also they recently added new tools, play games with people while you chat.
Use their new tools, do remote control and help people over it.

All with easy to set up guides. . . .

use a yahoo account and it will guide you through video chat.
