is there a way to film longer than the set time on a cell phone?

hi, i was wondering is it posssible to record something longer than the time set on your cell phone, like my phone only goes up to 1 minute 12 seconds, but i heard that it is possible to record for 45 mins with a huge mem card. i have a w810i with a 4 gb chip.is there a program you need...or is it firmware stuff?

if you had a 4GB Micro SD Card you should be able to record longer than 1m 12s,...

Sounds like somthing is wrong with your cell phone, i had a Motorola I875 and I had a Micro SD Card In it, and was able to record longer than 1m 12s, ...

sounds like theres a setting on your phone thats not leting you record past the time that you would like to record past....

if you have a 4 GB micro sd card, you should be able to record just as much as I can on my digital camera, which is like 4h 55m 15s, thats 15 Frames per second, and 3h 55m 25s with 30 frames per second, ...idk, its probable the cell phone... but you should be able to record past 1m 12s.. ok...
