is there a writers and artists yearbook but for scriptwriters?

I haven't found one yet. You can get a current list of agents accepting scripts through the Writers Guild of America West for under $10. I've written for one, but the strike is slowing it down. (Everyone is on the picket lines)

The most helpful site (other than the WGA) is www.finaldraft.com.

There is a section on scriptwriting in the Writers and Artists yearbook, or there is in the ones I have.

The Writer's Yearbook might be more focused for what you want.
