Age 45 isn't really all that early. I've know women who went through it at age 40. You certainly have the symptoms of menopause, but since you've had a tubal I doubt very seriously that you are pregnant. Best advice I could give you would be to see your OB/GYN. S/he may want to start you on HRT (hormone replacement therapy).

I agree with Snuffy, Tubal will not guarantee you 100% effectively.
Menopause usually starts during middle-age, and it varies to the women's hormones usually early menopausal is associated with other conditions like, thyroid, diabetes..but it is often idiopathic in nature.

It may not be so early. Tubal's are not 100% but I would guess your starting your period and it is just the symptoms of it.

It is possible that your tubes reconnected? good news on the Neg test, wait a week and test again.
