If they really want to save money they should steal their single ply toilet paper from a public place
For example: An elementary school or shopping mall

GOOD QUESTION! I often wonder that myself.
The only way singly ply buyers would save money is if they made a point to use the same amount or less.

Doesn't matter what ply it is. My husband wraps all individual turds then he packs the rest away till next time.

I tried that once and ended up using a WHOLE lot more esp with 4 kids and 2 grandbabies using it now we stick with scotts
