ALSO Desdemona, your character was already used in about 7 other pieces of writing most notably Othello
Desdemona is a fictional character in the play Othello by William Shakespeare. She is Othello's wife, and the daughter of Senator Brabantio. In the play, Iago successfully persuades Othello that Desdemona is unfaithful and uses this belief to destroy their lives, eventually leading Othello to murder her
that is STILL plagerism...I don't write anything belonging to someone else!

that would seem to prove it taz, but EVEN if she was the hypnotic monkey it wouldn't prove she didn't plagerise the material! I have been researching on how to recognize plagerism and that piece screams plagerism...either way, I should quit fighting with the poor girl she has issues too many to count if you look at her ramblings on mutilation of animals...

There's an easy way to solve this. Oogleberry could simply log on to FictionPress as Hypnotic-Monkey-Kicker and leave a message for us all there, then provide a link ...
[edit]
True that, it would only confirm her claims to being Hypnotic-Monkey-Kicker.
I can't read any of her posts since she has made all her QnA's private.
[another edit]
Oogleberry, if you want to confirm that you are on FictionPress then you can send me a message there. I'll post here when I get it. That way you can at least prove that you own both accounts. I tried messaging you there, but I have to be a member for 3 days before I can do that. (I just signed up.) You should be able to send me a message, at least I think so.
That's me:
http://www.fictionpress.com/u/[privacy edit]/
[edit again!!!]
I got your message. It will be another three days before I can reply to it, but I'll remember to write you then.
OK, that means that you and Hypnotic-Monkey-Kicker are one and the same, if the others are willing to take my word for it.
[next day edit]
I've had a good nights sleep and I've started to wonder about a few things such as, why does the asker in this thread use another account than she used when accusing oogleberry in oogleberrys thread. Why didn't the asker in this thread provide links to explain what she was talking about. (Coincidentally (?) all the profiles concerned has their Q&A's hidden and a bystander like me can't even look at their history to try to find out more detail.) The link to FictionPress didn't explain the full story. Why did the asker in this thread make the accusation about oogleberry NOT being Hypnotic-Monkey-Kicker at first without checking the facts and then turn to say that it still has to be plagiarism even though she has nothing to support her claims.
If I were to make accusations of any kind I would make sure that I based my accusations on undeniable FACTS and I would proved all facts so that people could make their own mind up without having to take my word for it.
I still don't know if it is plagiarism or not, I've seen no proof or facts to support either side of this sandbox rumble.
I know this will not make me popular, but I refuse to play the judge when the prosecutor hasn't provided the facts to support their case and the prosecuted hasn't shown much of a defense.

*raises hand*
While I am aware a 13-year-old CAN write well, frankly the material is too in-depth and the words used are too advanced. And considering Oogleberry said "U retard", well that's not a sign of a real author.
No writer worth their salt will use text speak and boldly proclaim who they are with said speak. I smell a rat and it's coming from a phony.
EDIT:
Even if all you're copying is the intro, you're still plagiarizing another writer's work. Shame sham Oogle. Sorry, I don't give a crap if you're only 13. As a writer, it is an insult to myself and my fellow true writers who use our own ideas explicitly to write and not the ideas or work of others. You're a hack. And a poor one at that.

it is common. enable me convenience you by way of telling you that I observed grammatical and spelling errors. you're additionally employing too many commas. you at the instant are not as lazy or (subsequently) dumb sounding as maximum 13 year olds yet you at the instant are not outstanding. merely on account which you're writing properly would not advise you're writing "grown up." i've got seen loads of adults make loads of dumb errors of their writing. to jot down properly isn't a high quality of being an grownup. that's a high quality of being knowledgeable and unlazy. Edit: ok enable's edit this in order that which you would be able to get some greater factors on your paper. there are various theories on who betrayed the Franks and the others who took up place of living on the “secret Annex." An Australian author believes that a cleansing woman, whose husband labored for Mr. Frank, tipped the police off. She would have been suspicious of interest upstairs, and doubtless the e book case, which won't have been there till now. This - "Franks’" is possesive, belonging to the Franks. once you have a noun ending in "s" and positioned an apostrophe after it it is going to become posessive. ", and others " positioned your comma AFTER the coordinating conjunction. The comma became pointless right here besides nevertheless. “secret Annex”. The punctuation is going in the fees. "An Australian author" that's imprecise sounding, it is greater effective to place the call (first and final the 1st time you point out the author, final for all following circumstances) on account which you prefer to sound optimistic of each and every thing you're saying once you write an essay. An essay would desire to be full of concrete info and diagnosis. you do not say, "i think of it became..." you're saying, "it became..." "whose husband labored for Mr. Frank, who tipped the police off" Too many "who" sounds, and the 2d who's pointless besides.

It happens all the time. This is the real reason young authors have to work so hard to prove themselves--and why publishers rarely bother with them.
If I were a publisher, I'd want that author physically in my office and tell him/her to write a paragraph about something I give her so I can compare writing style/vocabulary, etc.

Just because I write doesnt mean I cant say "retard". I'm thirteen for God's sake. Anyway I was angry and was typing the first words that came to mind.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I dont know how to leave a message at fiction press. Tell me how and I will. Anyway I picked Desdemona as the name because on the internet it said it meant "demon" or something.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I didn't plagerize anything (that I was aware of) I wrote this last night when I was bored. I don't even read anything from fiction press. And you don't know that I plagerized because it is just the INTRO. The whole story is going to be different.

And preTgenE im sorry if I offended you. Cant we just work this out?

Ok, i sent u a message! ;)

Thanks so so much! :)
