can anyone suggest a good cell phone maybe with or without a plan to be stuck with?

I HAVE HAD CELL PHONE IN THE PAST AND THE BILL JUST KEEPS GOING UP AND UP. LIKE EVERYONE ELSE I WOULD LIKE TO CUT MY BILLS DOWN AND WAS JUST WONDERING ABOUT GOING BACK TO CELL AND AWAY FROM THE HOME PHONE. ANY SUGGESTIONS! AND WHICH PHONES ARE THE BEST ON RECEPTION AND QUALITY?

Depends on where you are as far as the plans go. Local cell providers sometimes have better deals than the national carriers, so check them first.
So far it seems the phones with best reception are Motorola's & Nokia's.

I would try a prepaid. A lot of the phones are really reasonably priced and the plans are prepaid so it is easier to keep track of what your costs will be each month.

verizon is great serivce in alot of areas of the usa.... i will give you my LG chocolate phone for free if you take over my plan....also you wont have to pay an activation fee or anything because i already did that, and also you can choose what plan you want and how many minutes, email at [e-mail] if interested and for more info and pictures.
