i need some help, I've been having cramps, back pain and a sharp pain on the right side on my abdomen........

any ideas as to what could be causing this, also my period is late by almost a week.. but i don't think i'm pregnant

There are a number of things that could be causing this such as endometriosis but the only way to find out for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation.
