I know now that love exists,

yes, i agree because when you love someone you tend to give a part of yourself and sadly to some they give thier whole life to that particular person, but once the love is betrayed the pain becomes unbearable because it seems that you made a fool out of yourself in loving the wrong person, emotions were wasted and affinity is crushed.

Yes, being hurt by someone who says they love you and turns out it was just words and not true feelings, then it is definitely a knife to my heart.
