I have a 2002 Jeep Liberty. I need a website where it will tell me exactly what kind of bulb I need. You know those books and machines you use in the auto parts store? Is there something online like that that I can use?

I can't open it up and just look at the bulb right now. I need to get the bulb first!

try autozone's web site. you may have to search around some. either that or call a dealer and ask them for the number of the bulb.

There are only a couple of different bulbs used in almost all brake light applications. Just pull out the old bulb and read the part number stamped on the side of the base!

Why don't you just remove the blown bulb to see. It has to be removed anyway. Most likely it will be either an 1156 or an 1157, which ever one has two contacts on the bottom where it plugs in instead one just one contact.

look in your owners manual or just go to the parts store and ask for a brakelight bulb for a 02 liberty.
