my battery positive hot wire touch the ground of the bike while riding and the bike completely cut off and never cranked again please help!

i bought a new regulator and that wasn't it an every time i try to crank it, the starter barely turns.

it's not the fuse because i put a new one in and the same thing happened

Sounds to me as if you may have blown a fuse.

If you can't find the fuse, it may be one of those "inline" ones. Check the cables with an ohmmeter until you find the break.

If this doesn't solve the problem, then try jumping from another battery. If that works then maybe you fried the battery.

If none of this helps, then you need to check further into such things as relays, solenoids, regulators, etc.

Remove the battery terminals and wire brush both ends, what they connect to and the battery posts.
They may have gotten burnt, preventing a good connection.
Charge the battery.
