To begin with I just tell the other one my name, as they already know who is coming to see them and it doesn't matter if I am coming as a trade union man or as a representative for a company. It is sometimes different if I am coming in a group or alone. One can't give an answer, which goes everywhere as it depends which language and in what country one is. One can give signals with a body language as well as how one pronounces the word and the sentences. You see there are languages where it is not the word used word by word, which means something, one have to ad the situation around and the occasion to it.
