tourquoise is a combination of green and blue. But with more green added over blue. parts of the oceans have some of this greenish color usually found in shallow areas at a birds eye view.

Turquoise is bluey green.

Don't know about Tourquoise though!

A slightly greenish blue. Look up turquoise in your search engine to see it. The ancient Egyptians liked it a lot.

I always considered it blue.
