We were watching HALLMARK channel and every time one of the HALLMARK commercials came on, they BLARED. I got on the computer and looked up their email address and told them what I thought of their crappy loud commercials and their cheaply made, overpriced trash they sell...I typed in ALL CAPITALS.
I noticed a few days later that their commercials weren't louder than their shows. hmmmm
Maybe if we let ALL the advertisers know how we feel.....
Have you noticed, almost all channels have commercials at the same time?

comparable as you, yet in addition there is one approximately dropping weight or some thing and its have been given a woman who's doing upward push up comedy and he or she would be in a position to no longer be humorous in any respect. I could replace the channel while that comes on. Oh and additionally all the Microsoft 8 (8second demonstration) commercials. there is not any choose for it! the only commercials that make me smile are the irn bru ones with Raul - yoohoo women! they're in all probability so stressful in simple terms to be memorable and eye catching.

It's true and is DAMMED annoying, especially if you can't find the remote to turn down the volume. It is deliberate, to catch you attention but, for me, it does the reverse. However, having said that, I have just bought some fruit Quaker Oats porridge, having seen it on an advert.

This is really annoying me. When the programmes are on I can hardly hear them and then the adverts almost deafen me.I thought maybe my telly wasn,t working properly.
It makes people want to turn off.

May be they know that a lot of people go out of the room to get a snack or go to the bathroom when there is a break in the program. So they yell to make sure you can still hear them.

If you look in your TV's menu you will see something called Auto Volume Levelling (AVL). You can turn it off there.

It is deliberate. They are trying to attract. In fact, they repel. Some people never learn.
