i would like to know who thumbs down me just so i can ask then why they dont like my answer,but as for wanting to know only to 'pay them back' that is just childish.

No I don't and neither does Yahoo. The very thing you mentioned of "doing it back to them" is why Yahoo won't allow us to know because that is considered retaliation.
