no. inability to get along with others is not a disability. Collecting disability for such trival things is illegal and would take away from those who really need it.
Look at your job this way...its just a job, you don't have to live with these people, just do your best to get along and bite your tongue when needed. Friends at work are a fringe benefit, some workplaces have better benefits than others. If you really can't get along with people move on to another job. If you can't get along with anyone find your self a job where contact is minimal and you can work independantly. Don't be a drain on the economy and society.

No, that's not a disability. That's an attitude problem. Try taking a good hard look at what you are doing so wrong that you cannot get along with anyone.

since this is a people problem and not directly related to the disability no. but if you put other people first you will have more success but dont' expect it right away. you problems took time to build up so expect them to take time to dissolve. you need to be willing to accept responsibility for the problems and not just toss them out the window. you also have to put the job ahead of the people and the peple ahead of you. The two should NEVER be in conflict.

Wouldn't that be wonderful! But, no. Did you realize that most firings are based on social skills not work skills. People can be taught to do their job, but if they have not learned social skills by the time they go to work, they are considered pretty much hopeless. The fault lies in our public schools which make everyone right all the time, no one has consequences for their actions in American Public Schools so they are pretty much useless in the real world. If you can't hold a job--thank a teacher.

No. Not being able to get along with others is not a disability. At least not a physical handicap. That could be a mental disability but you should just learn to be able to deal with others. No one get everything, everytime.

If you have a diagnosable psychological or psychiatric or neurological impairment that absolutely prevents you from interacting in a sociably acceptable fashion, that may be grounds for filing for disability, but I doubt you'll be able to defend such a claim.

No. Being socially inept is not a disability.
You might have a disability that causes you to be socially inept - and that might allow you to file for disability.
