My periods stopped for no apparent reason almost 10 months ago.
I am not pregnant
and although not of the biggest build i am not under weight ( well i dnt think i am?)
i havnt been to the doctors yet because i do have a little phobia! silly i know
anyone have it? or know anything about it?

If you don't have enough body fat, your cycle will stop. I would recommend going to see your doc., (get a female doc.) if it will help with your phobia. :)

It's seems to me, be related to irregular periods, and is controlled by intake of meats and fatty foods.

you mean amenorrhea ?
