I think around 3-5

I only have 1 betta, the 3-5 means the tank size in gallons.

I take it you mean either a male or female betta not both, they should not be housed together. Those creature would get along alright but you should have a 10 gallon really for that many,if you just have a 3 gallon go with one betta and 1 frog or snail.I have a 5 gallon with 1 male betta and 2 dwarf frogs and I would not add anything else to my tank but if you tank is a 5 you might mange 2 dwarf frogs a betta and a snail.

You can take the measurements of your tank and find out how many gallons it is for sure by using this web site.

typically male bettas are only agressive toward other male bettas. but i had a male betta and it hurt my dwarf frog, it lived but i had to give teh betta to a friend. The snail should be fine, my betta only bothered my snail a little. I would suggest you get a female betta not a male they are less aggressive.

good luck. bettas very by fish to fish i have had a pretty piecful one and on that was very aggressive for no apparent reason.

Yeah, that sounds like an awesome set up. Just watch the betta for a few days to make sure he doesn't beat up on the snails or frogs, they an get pretty aggresive. Good luck!! :0)

well, it would work for a little while but the betta would kill the frogs after a while, and i really think you may want to do something a little more.... active? I don't know it's your tank just keep in mind them dwarf frogs die easily and the betta will kill them if he /she catches them., You would want to make sure you had a nice clump of java moss or some other floating plant for the froggies to hide in that would maybe prolong the enevitable

Thats fine

No that won't be fine, because your bettas will kill each other in this small setting
they're only suppose to be together when spawning, and even then it's a very short period of time

Hope that helps
Good luck

Do you have a means of separating the Bettas? If not there will be trouble.Bettas should be separated unless they are both in spawning condition.

no, that is not possible. you really dont want to get into inter family stuff, espescially in such a small tank.
