I like to think because I'm a thinker I always find a solution to the problem when I think but I don't like it when people try to make me think that's when I have a headache from their head games.

Hi angel baby.
Yes, I do like to think. My mind is always active, constantly thinking. I am an intelligent woman who enjoys learning new things. So, I think.
Also, I think because I want to have my own opinions. For example, if there is an election coming up, i.e., the presidential election in 2008, there will be many pundits in the media telling us who to vote for. However, I prefer to look at the facts myself, and form my own opinions. Yes, I like to think.
However, I also like someone to make me think. I think we all should; it helps keep our minds sharp. For example, sometimes, here on YA, a person will ask a very intelligent question that will make me stop in my tracks, so to speak.
The first thing I will think is, "hmmm, this is an interesting question," and I will give the person a star. Then I will sit there and ponder the question until I have an answer. Those questions are wonderful because they do make us stop and think. They help expand the mind.
When I get a question like that, I enjoy doing some research, most likely learning something new in the process. So, it is good for someone to make me think. It also shows that THEY are thinking, which is good; because when you think, your mind WILL come up with questions.
So, I do like to think; I like to keep an open mind & learn many new things. I also appreciate another intelligent person who makes me think. It is another way to learn new things. One should never stop learning, ever.
Peace.

I do like to ponder in deep thought much however, if someone ask me the right question I'll give them a most enlightened reveling answer that I'll even learn from and it just comes through me. but that doesn't require thinking that is more being a clear channel of mind for information to come through. So for my self I like to be in deep thought, for others I try not to let thought get in the way of the answers. Meditation is a two phase system, first the subject of the matter to be considered is deeply thought upon for a length of time, next is the releasing of such and waiting in emptiness for the answer to return to you.

It's impossible not to think. Even sleeping, you dream. Now, to solve a problem takes a lot of thought. Some people like that kind of challenge... others don't. Smart people think more.., and they can make other people think. Sometimes a song can do that too.

both, i like to think for myself, but it is nice to have someone that can make you think. A bit like the questions you ask, they often make me think of things that were long forgotten or stuck in the back of my mind x x

I like to think that I think that I like both. But then again don't certain things and people or actions make us think on a normal basis?

I know I like to think because I do not think I like to think but rather, I know I like to think. Do you think you get it or you really get it?

I'm always thinking, probably too much. ( A friend keeps telling me to stop thinking.) I tend to over analyze when I'm unsure about things.

I love to think and ponder.
I also like it when things are posed to me and I'm made to think!
