Cell phone issues?

I have a Nokia 5310 cellphone And I need help with some issues.

Whenever someone calls me from their cell number their number or their caller id does not show up on my screen; so basiclly I do not know who is calling me - all my screen shows is "Call" from whomever is calling.

What could be the problem?

How do I solve it?
