there is no course except you read daily bhav copy of shares & company news & govt. policies through news papers & websites

Well you can look at the stock exchanges. You can learn a lot from those publicly available sites

"free" is usually worth about what you've paid for it.

books at your public library are the nearest you'll likely get.
