There is this boy at school and I really like him, but I have no idea if he likes me? We always look at each other for about 3 seconds and he doesn't smile, he doesn't look at me in a weird way he just looks at me and I do the same. Whenever we do talk he always jokes around with me, I have no idea what he's doing?

Since you like him, yet you are not sure if he feels the same way towards you, just go ask him! It's better to do it in person. Choose an appropriate timing though - like when the two of you are alone in the courtyard or just walking down the hallway, pop the question discreetly. It's better to get an answer from him than to guess it, right?
If you really can't do it in person ('cus you are a girl and you are shy yadaa yadaa...), text him or ask him on an online messenger. It's not as appropriate but still it's better than not asking.
Go ask him quick, really. Before he's with another girl and you will regret it BIG TIME.

Don't sit all day wondering whether to ask him out or not, I did it and I realised how silly I was. Just ask him out, there is no problem with that. If you are too embarassed get a friend to do it for you. If he says to your friend "I bet your lying" or something, it's obvious he wants to say yes. Don't wonder whether he likes you or not, find out!

When he's looking at you just smile at him. If he smiles back he likes you ... might take him a bit though. Otherwise, stop obsessing about him and get on with your homework.

He likes you. Easiest way is to either ask him or get someone to do a bit of fact finding for you

i think he likes you...but thats just me...try talking to him a bit more...but dont become all bff wit him cuz that totally ruins all chances of going out.
