The parsley from the supermarket are usually cut, but I am assuming you are purchasing potted parsley. The potted parsley is usually a "starter" - it is live and just about as big as the pot it is in can handle. It is meant to be moved to a larger pot and "fattened up" with some growth before regular use. If you start to use it right away, the leaves it has will last indefinately until youpick them, so they are not cut leaves rotting in your refrigerator. But if you want to re-harvest, you need to put it in a larger pot, give it some fertilizer intended for vegetables and give is a little time to become larger. I would suggest that next time, you buy three - use one as is and pot the other two and fertilize. The first one will just be used up, the second may have enough time to start its own leaf production and the third should produce for a while or until you need leaves faster than it can make them. They do need enough root structure and fertilizer to support the amount of leave harvesting you need to do. You may need to supplement your parsley with either more parsley or occasional cut parsley until it gets larger - you have to leave some leaves on it to keep it alive. The parsley we have available to us is very productive, but it can be over harvested.

Because they are tiny weak seedlings planted too close together to get enough light to grow properly.
Save some plastic drinks bottles (or another suitable container) and make your own plant pots, not forgetting to put some drainage holes in the bottom. Buy some potting compost and the next time you buy a pot of parsley from the supermarket, carefully transplant the seedlings into your home-made pots so they are more spaced out. Water them a tiny bit every day and you will have a lovely row of much healthier plants that should provide you with a lot more parsley than the supermarkets intend!
And when harvesting, make sure you cut the stems individually, leaving some leaves on the little plant so that it can continue growing. Try not to leave stalks which will weaken the plant.

Because it doesn't flower and then get pollenated. They are sterile.
Only if you get your parsley to bloom will you be able to pollenate by hand (q-tip) and then allow bloom to dry out and seed.
Use a weak mixture of miracle grow when watering. You should get blooms. Also protect roots from sitting in water, you'll rot the roots:thats bad. Another thing is to protect from being root bound. That is when the roots are all over the outter dirt. in the ground; the roots are free and the parsley flourishes.
Most herbs are simply fragrant weeds and grow very nicely outdoors. Otherwise, re-pot your herbs into a larger pot. Again, water with weak....WEAK mixture of miracle grow.
You can also pick and freeze your parsley for later use. It will not be crisp like when new, but if you are cooking it anyways, all the flavor will be there.

There have been women streakers, but it seems to be more in Europe than the US. There was a streaker at Wimbledon during the Malavai Washington and Richard Kraijcek final that got quite a bit of notoriety about 12 or 13 years ago. There are instance of it happening in football (soccer) matches too. Usually, when it is a woman everyone smiles and has a good laugh. When it is a guy, people want to tackle and beat him.

Usually the parsley from stores is the leaves, not the roots. If you are getting some with roots, the roots have already "died" so they won't resprout.

Does your grocery store parsley have roots?
Is it growing in a pot when you buy it?
If not, then you have no reason to believe it even CAN regrow itself...
Try going out in your yard, clipping some grass, put it in some plastic container, and see if it keeps growing...

You need to go to a plant store...the plants at a market are sprayed with water and a chemical to keep them alive till they are bought!
