2007-22=1985.ANS.
22=7+15.
2007-(7+15)
=2007-7-15
=2000-15=1985.ANS.
method: put 22=7+15
first subtract 7 from 2007 and you get 2000. Now further subtract 15 from2000 and you get 1985.

1985! 2007-22. Start by subracting the 20 part. so 2007-20=1987 then subtract the 2 part 1987-2=1985!

Take the units 2 from 7, this leaves 5. Write down 5 on the right of your paper.
For the tens, you need to subtract 2 from 0 - you can't do this, so you need to "borrow" 1 from the hundreds column. This gives you 10 tens, and subtracting the 2, this leaves 8. Write 8 to the left of the 5 you wrote above.
Since you borrowed 1 from the hundreds column, you need to adjust the number of hundred you have. You did have 20, so subtracting 1, you now have 19. Cross out the 20, and write in 19.
There is nothing left to subtract, so subtracting 0 from the 19 hundreds you had remaining leaves 19 still. Write 19 to the left of the 85 you have already written.
This leaves you the answer 1985.

_____
1 9 8 5
for the first zero on the right, i borrowed 1 from the second zero for it to be 10 because secnd zero is considered to be as 10. Since it is considered as 10 and then i borrowed 1 from it, so it became 9. Since there is no number to subtract on 9, i just bring it down. 2 became 1 because i borrowed 1 there. it is more of borrowing.
