Are you asking (100 - 4) / Q or 100 - (4 / Q)?

I'll do both anyways.

(100 - 4) / Q = 96 x Q^(1/2) or just 96Q^(1/2)
Derivative = 48Q^(- 3/2)

and

100 - (4 / Q) = 100 - 4Q^(1/2)
Derivative = - 2Q^(- 3/2)

By the way, I didn't put the answers in fractions.
Hope that helps!

100 -4/Q = 100 -4(Q^(-1))

derivative = -4(-1)(Q^(-1-1) = 4/(Q^2)
