I have always had one and am almost NEVER late for anything nor have I ever been late for anything, as long as I am in control of the travel.

How about you? Are you a timely person without benefit of an alarm clock?

Yes, I am.
We all have internal clocks...it's called circadium rhythm...
I am also punctual...most of the time...
However, there are those out there that are ALWAYS LATE, no matter what...this drives me crazy...

Yes I"m a person who can tell her self that I need to get up at a certain hour and I will wake up at that time. In fact as my children got older I had to wean them off of me as their alarm clock to using a real one. I'm never late as I think that, that shows disrespect for both the person I'm meeting and my own time.

My body clock is ok, but it seems to be tuned to 'weekend' mode hehe, so I always wake up at 9.20 at the weekends but on weekdays I wake up a minute before my alarm clock. It's quite freaky
