Hey, Jacob B, I am 16 so please don't be to hard on me aobut this. Oneday I would like to start my own business possbile own a comic book/video game store, but I have a few questions. So far I know that to start your own business you need to rent out space, but how do you order the supplies you need? Like how do I order the comic books I need and how do I order the video games I need and how much would those be?

Going down to any of the local comic stores and talking to the people who work there, or the owners, will get you info for your area.

The stock can be ordered from suppliers, but you need to know what to order and how much minimum order the supplier requires on each title. The comic shop here had to take 5 each of each title, but could order more (with the DC and Marvels he did, but the independents were always a smaller stack). You can also contact individual comic book artists to get their titles if the supplier doesn't carry them, most have sites online.

You can type in 'wholesale comics' on google.com and see some of the bigger names like Bud Plant Company. They will likely have business information on their site. Doing your homework will give you a good background to start from. Remember that if you get your work permit at 16 you CAN work part time in a comic book store and see it all from the ground up.
