Once I had a nightmare about a friend. I saw him walking without a head. The next day, I found out, he died in a car accident. Head decapitated in the process.

When I was a child I started having dreams that would come true. It happened frequently, and it was mostly little stuff that did not carry much importance in the grand scheme of things. Then when I was in my early 20's they started getting heavier. And the scariest one I had was of a bomb in a bag, I thought it looked something like a backpack, and their were people dancing and laughing, and then people were screaming and running. It was the Olympic park bombing in Atlanta. I had the vision the day before while sitting on the couch watching tv, my sister and husband were there when I had it and I told them both. My exact words to them were "someone is leaving a bomb at the Olympics" They both looked at me like what the heck is she talking about. The next night when I was working the night shift my sis called, more than a little freaked out and told me that it had happened. I had two or three more after that. When I was a kid it was a cute trick that would entertain the people in my family. I would have one and tell my mom about it and everyone would get a kick out of it when in a few days, or sometimes a few weeks it would come true. Then as I got older when they became about not so unimportant things I hated it, it seemed to become a curse. But now they seem to have gone away, I have not had one in like 8 years, thankfully.
