I was born without a vagina. I still have ovaries and female hormones, just not a vagina. Right now I am using the dialator method to create a vagina. I am just wondering is there anynone else out there with this disease and I just want to know if anyone has gone through this process and has had sex. Does it still feel good? How successful has this process been for you? Please help....

Google, A Patients View of Ambiguous Genitalia, by Waris Dine.
I just finished reading = Middlesex, A novel by Jeffrey Eugenides.
Several people with various differences, (sex organs) appeared on Oprah. You might be able to get a copy of the tape from her website.
This is fairly common, affecting 1 out of every 4,000 people.
Also called MRKH Syndrome has a support group,

This is not a disease, really it is a condition. And we are seeing it more and more often. Some people even think it is the next step in evolution.
You are very fortunate, girls born with this condition in earlier century's, had almost no options.
As for genital sensation, it differs with different people, see support group.
You may be able to have children. Most woman with this condition produce eggs, and you and your husband can decide to find a surrogate and have her carry your baby to term.
There is nothing to prevent you from living a normal life.
