With an increasing number of disgruntled Americans looking at their politicians the same way as a women would be eyeballing her soon to be rapist, I had to ask this question! With the MYRIAD of problems in our republic that NEVER seem to get resolved, has ANYONE ever thought that the ones your electing DON'T want the problems resolved, for THEIR best interest??? I mean if you hire a security service to protect your estate against burglary & your estate is burgled fifteen times in the first twelve months of the service, might you figure that the security service is bogus, or worse yet, might be committing the burglaries themselves? Simple math here folks...politician = burglary, representative = security. I mean voting for the politicians is like introducing Charlie Manson to your daughter for her first date, I mean ya know whats gonna happen, why do ya do it?! Is your candidate constitutionally based or just another burglar? You tell me!!!

BOBO - long time no see my friend. Glad to see you back here again.

Your question predictaes a different question - why are americans not educated enough to understand their government?

The problem isnt that politicians are burgulars - its that no one stops them - if you had all those robberies in your house evem after higher a security company - it would still behoove YOU to watch the company. We should be doing the same with the government....but nobody is doing it on a massive enough scale to make a difference.

You see, we can have the orgs we want towatch them, but if we dont all stand up at once and doing something about it we are useless. One person is NOT an army. One orginazation is NOT an army. WE ALL NEED TO STAND UP AND TAKE NOTICE.

Perfect example - taxes - everyone hates paying them - yet we only have certain individuals standing up and doing something about it - like the WE THE PEOPLE FOUNDATION for example. If everyone in an entire state suddenly refused to pay taxes what would happen - would the feds come down and put every single person in jail at once - all 4 million or so people?? Come on - we know that wont happen.

So why do people still pay - simple - FEAR - they fear what the government will do. This fear has lead to apathy in this country. Such apathy can be seen when a simple man like Ron Paul can get up, state the truth and suddenly his group is growing.

SO, what happens if he doesnt win? Do all the people become apathetic again - I would hope not - only time will tell. If they do we can be sure to see the Amero come into being, a NAU created, the UN on our soil to control law militarily by request of the NAU and in all likelihood the beginings of the downfall of the USA as a union and restoration of states rights.

In a year we will know what will happen for sure - ron paul wins and the constitution is restored or ron paul looses and the constitution is gone. Be prepared my friend time is short.

Why feel so much frustrated. Things will improve. May be on Internet only but it is definitely some thing good is happening. People are participating in increasing numbers. That is good for the health. Are there comparable outlets for such expression on other service providers sites.

Why would voters elect a corrupt politician to Washington?

Either they are brain dead to thinking all is well in DC or they personally have something to gain from the corruption.

Either way the election system works, just not designed for tunnel vision thinkers.

We already know this is true. Yet, people are still going to vote because they still have a lingering hope change might come. Is funny how you describe Americans who look at politicians like a woman seeing her rapist. LOL.

I agree. Many modern Americans are entertainment oriented. In the fifties we watched gun-slingers on TV. Now we watch mud-slingers in Washington.

And remember: all government services are free as long as you don't look at your pay stub.

Politics in America must change for the people and not for the interest groups.
