do you mean (27^2)/5 or 27^(2/5)? either way, both of these numbers are greater than 1, and the absolute value of 1/n is less than or equal to one for all integers n not equal to zero. since neither of these numbers are equal to 1/0 which does not exist, i think there must be some kind of typo in the question.
the problem with The Queen's solution is that 729/5 (a relatively large number) is not equal to 1/3645, but rather 1/(5/729), and 5/729 is not an integer so it doesn't answer the question.

1) 0.51= 51/100
to get that in the simpliest form find the lowest common denomintor, which will be 3, and divide both the top and bottom of the fraction, and your answer is
17/25
so 0.51=51/100=17/25
2) 0.451=451/1000
same as above, to get to the simplest for, just find the lowest common denomintor, and you will get the answer. but *** i was working it out, it seems that its in in simplest form. i was only able to get a a result for the numerator (451), and the lcd is 11. but with the 1000 as the denominator, its impossible.
3) im not sure about the 3rd one cuz i realy dont understand where the 1/n comes in. but i did something
27 x 2/5=54/5=10.8 with this, i used / and divide....
another possiblity is...
2/5 x 27/1 This one i used the / as a fraction ...cross multiply and u get 135/2 (135 over 2) then divide and get 67.5
another possible...if what i did was correct before, then i hope this something. if 1 is suppose to be n, then replace the 1 with n, ur equation will be
2/5 x 27/n= 135/2n...n=67.5
lemme know what the results are after ur turn in answers. and if anything is wrong, write the correct answer for future use of problem solving.
if we could write instead of type, it would be sooooooooooo much easier. :-P

for question 1
0.51=51/100, since there is no common factor that can divide both the numerator and denominator, just leave it like that/
2) 0.451=451/100, almost the same like above.
