Why did you go to the casino and lose all of your rent money?

This is a question I regularly ask one of my rental tenants, since the guy has a gambling addiction and does this with some level of regularity.

I have chosen to not evict him because he always manages to come up with the money in some fashion, even though he has blown the rent at the casino. I can only surmise that he wins sometimes, and loses other times.
