CUT THE GROWTH JUST BELOW THE NODE WHICH IS THE TINY THING GROWING ON THE STEM PLACE IT IN A VASE OR JAR OF WATER AND YOU WILL SEE HOW BIG AND BEAUTIFUL IT CAN GET ALSO CUTTING THE PLANT WILL ENCOURAGE YOUR PLANT TO GROW MORE FULLY ON THE TOP

If by "to grow more" you mean become more full, remove the terminal bud, this will encourage auxilliary buds to grow producing more side branches.

Remove lower leaves from the cuttings and place in a clear container of water. You should see roots within a week.

That's pretty much it. These plants are very easy to grow and propagate. Just be sure that there is a leaf node in the water (you can remove the leaf) and it will send out roots.

yep cut it and stick the cut end in a glass of water and walla it will grow roots
