You could try rentacoder.com or getacoder.com . You don't pay anything to register. There are different types of work you'll get there - most of them computer related. See if that is what you're looking for.
If you see something interesting, you'll have to go through the requirements, and you have to place a bid for how much money you can do the work. Go through some of the requirements posted by people to get an idea of it.

It is possible to earn money online and NOT just by doing surveys..ok surveys pay you for the work you do and thats it, you never get another penny off them untill you do more surveys.

I'm also looking for one, but can't find anything like it. Most of the free registrations are scams. For the legitimate one, you need to pay for the registration for their protection and security. Since they will give you jobs and need to meet the deadlines, they need to make sure that the ones doing the job is real.

I've been searching for this type of thing for ages and i don't think such a thing exists. All of them are scams.
You can only make money from doing some surveys and stuff.
