that passenger would be me. if i start chewing on the door panel, it will only be seconds before my head starts spinning around and i spit pea soup.
trust me, he stops.

Heh... In the event that my passenger begins chewing on ANYthing generally thought to be inedible, it is a reaction to my driving, most likely, and not hunger.

No, not stopping, they still have the "oh crap" handle to tide them over for another 100 miles.
