It depends on the state you are in as to what can be done.

In my state, North Carolina, there are two types of actions determined by the relationship with the person harassing you.
1. A restraining order - this is only when you have had a relationship with the person (more than friends)
2. Order of Constraint - this is when you have not had a sexual relationship with the person but the person is harassing or stalking you.

File a criminal charge of grave threats against a member of the society. Be able to gather evidence and statements of witnesses to prove the crime.
