In the UK i would say Middlesborough, the best thing about it is the road out.

to be honest, its all the same, there really aren't any places in the world that are safer then the others, i mean in my neighborhood, 2 guys got stabbed to death on different timings, trust me, that was the last thing the citizens expected, then a bank got robbed...u get my point? no country is safe anymore, though i think African countries which seem to be doing very poorly are doing worse then Iraq, so ya, I'd say in Africa, they are doing worse then Iraq, dying of hunger, its sad to see all those kids.

Tijuana, Mexico and Fort Nelson, British Columbia. Both are places I would never like to set foot in ever, ever again. Even though they're in the bad category for different reasons.

Los Angeles is the place that makes any other place look good. (I had the unfortunate experience of being stationed near there while on Active Duty with the US Military -- it was a HORRIBLE place to live or visit).

Nuevo Laredo, Texas... it's a war zone. A lot of gang activity.. and killings going on. I would never go there not even to pass thru.
