She hasn't been eating much, and the headache isn't really to painful but it has been there constantly, never going away for even a second.

You should take to be seen at the hospital. She could be having adverse effects from the surgery. It could be a possible sign of infection. She needs professional medical attention. It really could be serious, don't take any chances.

Also, if the surgery was just recent (like within the last couple days) this could be a reaction to the medicine that they used during the anesthetic.

I would recommend that she get in touch with her doctor to see what they think and say this could be.

May be dehydration. Make sure she's drinking plenty of fluids. 8-10 glasses of water a day are normal, but your body needs more when it's trying to heal. Headaches are often a sign of dehydration.

Has she talked to her doctor about it? Is she taking anything?

She needs to eat. She should also tell her PS about it.
