I has my last shot in Feb, which wore out on may 31, started my period in july, it was wacko for like a month so i got on the pill to help regulate it. took that for 2 mo. now im off the pill and havent had my per, could that be from the gettin off? Have had neg preg tests and dont "feel" preg.

Yes, going off the pill can cause the period to be delayed because the body is trying to adjust to the changes going on inside of it.

I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
