You're right. The first person can either be "I" in the singular case (when there's only one person speaking) or "we" in the plural case (when the speaker is speaking for a group.)

Similarly, the second person is "you" for both singular and plural (unless you're from the Deep South, where second person plural is "ya'll"). Finally, the third person, singular case is "he," "she," or "it," and the third person plural case is "they."
