On certain occassions. It differs when it happens but still freaks me out when it does, seems like life is sucked out from you. The last time, I cried cause cant breath , hearts racing and Im alone thousand miles from home. Sucks by the way.

I use to. I have social anxiety disorder and depression. I was having attacks until I went to the doctor and was put on a medication that has changed my life. Before the medicine I did not like going places with a lot of people. Now I am enrolled in a University for the first time at 31. I would never have had the courage before.

I am so happy, it was only a 35 minute drive ( 70 minutes total) but absolutely no sign of anxiety or panic i shopped till I dropped - brilliant! I will now go for the next stage DUAL CARRIAGE way, probably at the weekend, with my husband accompanying me first then the solo drive, if successful the final stage of driving on motorway

I had a dousey of a panic attack quite a few years ago. It's how the doctor decided I needed a seratonin booster. That helped. Haven't had one since.

Yes...whenever i hear a very shocking news or when someone that i really love breaks my heart in so many overwhelming ways...that'll make me can't hardly breath for a while coz my heart beat raced so much faster than normal. I deal with it by having half a tablet of anti-depressant. It calms you down. But you shouldn't take one whole tablet coz it'll make you dizzy, tired, sleepy and addicted... ;-)

No, I tend to be pretty calm in stressful situations, until they are resolved at least. After that I tend to sneak off and have a cry or just sit for 10 minutes and just breath.
