I use to. I have social anxiety disorder and depression. I was having attacks until I went to the doctor and was put on a medication that has changed my life. Before the medicine I did not like going places with a lot of people. Now I am enrolled in a University for the first time at 31. I would never have had the courage before.

Yes...whenever i hear a very shocking news or when someone that i really love breaks my heart in so many overwhelming ways...that'll make me can't hardly breath for a while coz my heart beat raced so much faster than normal. I deal with it by having half a tablet of anti-depressant. It calms you down. But you shouldn't take one whole tablet coz it'll make you dizzy, tired, sleepy and addicted... ;-)

No, I tend to be pretty calm in stressful situations, until they are resolved at least. After that I tend to sneak off and have a cry or just sit for 10 minutes and just breath.
